BMS policy does not permit support of activities involving online enduring materials unless:

(i) the electronic invitation or notice alerting each recipient to the availability of the enduring materials discloses BMS’ financial support (as well as the support of any third party or parties);
(ii) each recipient is required to make an affirmative response (e.g., click a button) to indicate that he/she wishes to access or be exposed to the enduring materials; and
(iii) before receiving access to the enduring materials, each recipient is required either to register with the IME provider, or if he/she has previously registered, to log-in as a registered user.

In your application please indicate whether your organization will comply with BMS policy, and specifically describe how your organization will satisfy each of these three requirements.
